Group’s Finance team advises and provides corporate and financial sponsors (private equity funds) with financing for acquisitions, purchases of shares and recapitalisations.

Underwriting capacity up to Euro 250 million
Final-take depending on transaction rating up to 100 million Euro
Our activities are concentrated in Group’s home market of Central and Eastern Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Serbia) as well as Poland. We support transactions outside our home market on an opportunistic basis where we have a local presence. This allows us to fully exploit the Group network to your advantage and places us in a unique position on the market.
