Project Funding Investments Group has had the privilege of working with many national and international brokers, attorneys, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, as well as many project owners, large and small.
As a global project investment group with a private fund and our own private investor capital, we have the resources to finance projects globally. The minimum loan requirement is from 1 million USD|EURO|GBP to 1 billion USD|EURO|GBP. We have the capacity to finance more than 1 billion USD|EURO|GBP using our syndicated partners. Project Funding Investments Group is able to offer low interest rates and, if necessary, a grace-free repayment period until a project has sufficient cash flow. This is achieved by using our unique 100% project financing program, which consists of 60% private loans and 40% private equity in the project.
In order to comply with new global financial regulations, it is now mandatory that all costs, upon acceptance of the loan investment commitment contract, be covered by the applicant.
